Access the Smart Consultation Room and register user information

(1) Open the setup screen from the invitation e-mail

Click [Proceed to Initial Account Settings] in the invitation e-mail received from Smart Consultation Room to access Smart Consultation Room.

• The email contains a unique URL created for the initial login to the Smart Consultation Room at the time of invitation, so it cannot be shared with other employees.
• The email may have been sorted into your spam folder.
• If you have lost the email and cannot find the URL, please ask your administrator to resend the email.

(2) Set a password for your account

Set a password to be entered when logging in to the Smart Consultation Room, and click [Set Password].

The characters that can be used for the password are one-byte alphanumeric characters, numbers, and symbols.

Please enter a combination of the following three conditions in at least 8 and no more than 20 one-byte characters.

Alphabetic characters (both upper and lower case are required)
